發啊!!! (for best effect, shout 'Huat Ah!!!' ecstatically in Hokkien)

To be frank, I have never seen 歌台s before. I used to think they are too crappy, too rowdy and too full of religious flavour. But now, because of my work... I'm getting an overdose of it... haha... (maybe it's a payback of sort). And after I've gotten a taste of it, I'm starting to appreciate this unique culture in Singapore...

Kudos to Royston Tan too for "documenting" it on the big screen. I'll catch "881" soon.

Till then, it's another 歌台 assignment tonight...

"發啊!!!" ("Huat Ah!!!")

Converse Part II

Yup. Another Limited Edition from Japan. But I changed the white shoelaces to black ones to add more 'omph' to the shoes.

My brother has the black colour version instead of my silver ones.

I Luv My Converse!

I think I'm developing a fetish for Converse shoes... just luv their designs and comfort!

The one above is the Limited Edition 'One Star® Ox'. They were made in Japan and according to Converse, they are only available in Japan and Singapore! The white with black linings look just so stunning!

I've also got the Limited Edition 'Jack Purcell® Rally'. Also from Japan. The black will just grow on you!

Altogether, I've got 10 pairs of Converse now and counting...

No more free parkings on Sun and PHs

Due to the persistent complaints by my neighbourhood that customers patronising the nearby 85 market are always occupying the parking lots meant for those with season parking... the carpark near my place is no longer free on Sundays and PHs and they are fully reserved for the residents from 7 to 7.

Tough luck for those frens and families who usually visits during the weekends. This move is certainly "pro"-family indeed for that work-life balance that the government is promoting...
